With over 23 years in the beauty industry and 21 of those at Alter Ego, Tracy Fleshman is more than just a salon owner—she’s the heart and soul behind its fearless, empowering vibe. Three years ago, she turned her lifelong dream into reality, taking the reins of Alter Ego to create not just a salon, but a movement.
Growing up, Tracy was surrounded by the artistry of hair—her mother was a hairstylist, and from an early age, she knew this was her calling. For her, beauty isn’t just about transformation—it’s about confidence, connection, and self-expression. Her vision for Alter Ego goes beyond beauty; she’s built a space where bold, unapologetic self-love thrives.
Her dream is to foster a fierce sisterhood where every stylist and client feels empowered, inspired, and valued.
